The Society maintains a benevolent fund to which individual members contribute. The fund is to help members and their families in distress.

MEMBERS INSURANCE

The Society operates a group Accident Insurance Policy with ACENICO to which subscribing members pay a premium. The insured sum is N50, 000.00 per member in case of death, in addition to other benefits.

An Internal Death Gratuity Scheme has also been introduced. Under it, the estate of a deceased financial member is automatically entitled to N10, 000.00 from the Society.
